		<description>A very apt thought for everyone involved in a PLN on twitter to keep in mind. It&#039;s so easy to forget that even if we think we are leading the way in the use of technology and online learning, many of our colleagues could see it as an unrealistic &#039;target&#039;. Sharing our knowledge with the colleagues in our own schools is the best place to start.</description>

		<description>Couldn&#039;t have put it better myself. I&#039;m not saying it is all doom and gloom ... But the light at the end of the tunnel is now only 40 Watts (andnot an energy efficient bulb either!) ... And the tunnel is being made longer.</description>
