Tiger dung brings whiff of danger to garden

Sir,

It is reassuring to see Chessington World of Adventures moving with the times in its use of Ebay to redistribute fat-cat wealth while remaining true to its feline roots by depositing it on someone else’s doorstep.

The Blogging Bore

Blogging about blogging for blogging’s sake is quite possibly the most boring and life-sapping experiences of 21st century existence. Listening to a crushing bore talking about his blogging about blogging is excruciating torture. I will no longer put up with it as I did today. No longer will you ramble through an hour of my time, beatifying a piece of server-side software. I will scream:

The blog is nothing, does nothing and produces nothing! Show me the teaching, the learning , the excitement and the motivation. Entertain me with your pedagogical brilliance, your exquisitely engaging wit but leave that blogging-for-blogging’s-sake b******* at the door.

!! KNIFE !!

Knife kills

Blade shaves

This was actually a piece of audience participation that I did at an ICT conference in Norwich, showing how a blog could be integrated into a piece of shared writing during the start of a literacy session. It sits there towards the top of my blog page, begging to be developed into something more creative and arty-farty. I can’t wait to see the back of it and the sooner it slips off my home page into the relative obscurity of the archive the better!
