How much respect can you have for something you refuse to criticize?

Jeremy Price hits the nail on the head.

To critique something, when done without malicious intent, is a call for an extended dialogue; it seems like that can only help bring about that open exchange of ideas in order to better the world at large.

I was curious to see if my work from 6F was still on the web but those have gone, so I wandered if you were still blogging :o

I’m still in Holland ;l and pritty much everyones moved away.

I’m still in contact with Kalinda and Zara though I haven’t seen her in 2 or so years, Alicia moved to America, claires still here, Louise left ages ago I think… So did Clifford and Catherine. Yukka left a couple of months ago but I we hadn;t visited each other for ages.

Hmm me and kalinda go to the same school in Hilversum too :] But thats the problem with international schools, people coming and going.

    Hi Leone,
Cool to hear from you. Actually your stuff still is on the web but the server that we put it on way back then is down and being shipped to the US to be kick-started again. I’ll let you know when its back up. It’ll be kind of weird looking back on all that blogging from the early days :-) Seems like ages ago. Give my love to all the old gang if you get a chance send them over to this blog to say hello!

hello mr. ford!!! recently ive been getting back in touch with people from the british school (leone, kalinda, zara, christina). leone told me that you are still online and that i should drop in and say hi.

america is radically different to europe, i miss amsterdam so much. but, its a change that ive been able to adjust to. we are now living in evergreen colorado. its a very out doorsy place, its not that interesting unless youre somewhat athletic or you just enjoy living in the foothills of the rockies.

i was on the highschool ski team this year, thought id try too get involved in a school sport. it was fun, its made me a better skiier, and i went skiing twice a week. even though ski team is over for the year, i still plan to go up weekly. we live about 45-90 minutes from ski areas, and the snow is amazing!!!

we are renting out our place in amsterdam. my parents would like very much to move back after im finished with highschool. the other good thing about us renting it out is that, we can come back to visit people and sty in our old house, very comfortable.

youre in england now right? and i assume youre still teaching? do you like livin g there, and are you planning on staying for quite a while?

its great to get in touch with you again : D

    alicia
